    Introduction

The ranking system is a measurement of how your team has performed against other teams. A high-ranking team has won several tough official matches, while a low-ranking one is a team that has not done so well... All teams start with a ranking of 1000 points. To see your own ranking click on Team in the My Team menu.

How to gain or lose ranking points

Ranking points are won or lost by playing official matches. The table below describes the basics:
Ranking difference Opponent lower ranked Opponent higher ranked You win the official match: gain a few gain a lot Draw: lose some gain some You lose the official match: lose a lot lose a few

Quitting in the middle of a match

To quit a match in the middle of a match is not a popular move. Your team will be punished by a 20 minutes match ban which means that you can’t play either official or friendly matches within the time, you will lose ranking points in official matches and not gain any experience points from the match. Also, your popularity among your potential opponents will decrease, so if you do it regularly you might find it hard to arrange matches.
Quitting Official matches Friendly matches Opponent quit an ongoing match: You are awarded ranking and XP You gain full XP after 20 match minutes You quit an ongoing match: You lose ranking and gain no XP
