I had 1175 rk points when I started a game today, then the a game logic error occurred while I was leading 4-1 and the match was interrupted, and now I find myself with 1149 points. Any idea? Please help, it seems like it's impossible to get an answer from you guys (please look at my other post, dated 1/27, almost one month ago and still disattended; this kind of customer service creates disaffection, I hope you guys understand it)

Do you guys EVER answer to requests of help? Do you see the date of the original posting? And you probably even wanted me to become a premium customer. Don't you understand that with this type of customer service I (or anyone else) will NEVER give you a penny? Come on!
