when the game should get started then the sreen gets black sometimes and the game does not start and when i close the window i loose 3 points and that sucks when you're taking part in a tournament, any tips for me?

You need to minimize the game and then re-open it, and normally it'll come back again.

If it the case it remains black, you probably have encountered the black screen bug. Nothing to do but wait for the game to time out, which is around 20 minutes real time after it begun

Or just maximize the screen, this usually fixes it, if not, refer to what lol18 says above me.

i go onto another window directly from the taskbar and then click on the game, again form the taskbar

Try also changing the settings: from Direct X to Open GL (or vice versa according to what you have), lowering graphics quality, resolution et c. That usually fixes this issue, as been told and done myself once in the past.
