Hello everyone,

as the title suggests, I'm going to show you how to make a report in our game Power Soccer. Perhaps many of you faced the problem of wanting to make a report, but didn't know how. I'll try to be as clear as possible, answer your questions and I hope this helps.

How to make a report:

Firstly, you need the proofs, the prints, or in some cases video proofs.

How to take a print screen:

a) Click on the window you want to print. Press the button "print screen" located in the right-top side of the keyboard, usually to the right of F12 key. (See here)
b) Click on Start , All programs, Accessories and then Paint. (See here )
*Note: depends on what windows version you got. If you have windows 7, you can simply type paint in the search box.
c) In Paint, click on Edit and then Paste. (See here)
d) When the image appears in the Paint window, click File, and then click Save As. (See here )
e) In the Save As dialog box, in the File name box, type a name for the screen shot, and then click Save (See here). Try to choose a name that you will remember easily since you might need this in the following steps.

Now that you have the print screens, those must be uploaded on a website. There are plenty of uploading websites, below I'll explain to you how to upload pictures on three most popular sites. Unfortunately, only two of them are supported by video example, but the information are pretty specific and detailed.


I)Tinypic:

1) Open the website Tinypic: tinypic.com/...
2) Click on Browse (See here).
3) Search the image in your computer {You must remember the name of the print from the previous step, so please remember, when you save a print screen, try to give it a simple and easy to find name}, click on the image and then press Open (See here).
4) Resize the image at 1024x768 (See here).
5) Click on Upload, complete the antispam test question and then click Upload now (See here)
6) Copy the Direct Link (See here).
7) Send the link to an Administrator or to the Admin Team (+ explanations about what you report: pf_admin@powerchallenge.com...).

II) Localhostr:

1) Open the website Localhostr: localhostr.com/...
2) Click on Browse (See here).
3) Search the image in your computer, click on it and then press Open (See here).
5) Click on Upload (See here).
6) Copy the Link (See here).
7) Send the link to an Administrator or to the Admin Team (+ explanations: pf_admin@powerchallenge.com...).

III)ImageShack:

1) Open the website ImageShack: imageshack.us/?no_multi=1...
2) Click on Browse (See here)
3) Search the image in your computer, click on it and then press Open (See here).
4) Resize the image at 1024x768 (See here).
5) Click on Upload (See here).
6) Copy the Link (See here).
7) Send the link to an Administrator or to the Admin Team (+ explanations: pf_admin@powerchallenge.com...).

*Note:
Imageshack.com... is also offering a program called ImageShack Uploader through which you can upload really fast and much more pictures/screenshoots at the same time. You can download it, choose an username (create an account) and once you’re logged in you don’t have to visit the website every time you want to upload screenshoots/pictures. You can open it from your Desktop (it has an yellow frog icon) and then go to Start/ Programs / Pictures file; by doing Drag and Drop you can easily move the pictures with your mouse in the frame of ImageShack Uploader you have just opened. Then press Upload, once they are uploaded on the website you have the option to get the links/html codes individual or you can choose All Files and Images to get all the links together.

How to download and install this program:

a) Open screensnapr.com/...
b) Click on Free Download button (See screensnapr.com/v/fUcHl3.jpg>here...).
c) Click on Run button (See here).
d) Click on Next button (See here).
e) Click on Install button (See here).
f) Click on Finish button (See here).

How to use it:

1)Open the program (See screensnapr.com/v/tEk7zo.jpg>here...)
2)Press Ctrl+1 (See screensnapr.com/v/2PVXhu.jpg>here...).
3)Select the sheet you want to print (See screensnapr.com/v/xQCwWE.jpg>here...).
4)Paste the link in a new tab (See screensnapr.com/v/EaNFN5.jpg>here...).

In which cases do I need to take a screen shoot:

Cases in where your opponent uses sinful techniques to cheat or when your opponent has an improper behaviour.

These are the cases that must be reported:

1. Game logic error (GLE)

-> One screen shot is needed:
The screen showing the GLE message.
"A game logic error occurred , match aborted " or “Game Aborted”
If this happens in a cup, take a print that shows the usernames and the message User X vs. User Y 0 -0 ( match not reported).
Without these screen shoots the report is not useful, you MUST have these prints.

->Video proofs are not necessary

2. Lag manipulation (by pressing F9 during the game, in the right bottom corner of your monitor you can see the information about FPS and ping)

-> Two screen shoots are needed:
Take a print when the latency bar is showing a normal ping.
Another print screen when the ping changes, you can take more prints when the ping changes for example ping 0.3 to 0.1 and again to 0.3, more prints in this case would be useful.

->Video proofs:
Save the replays that seems to be suspicious.
Record the whole game (you have to download recording program like Cam Studio, Fraps etc.)

3. Own goals

->there is a need of more than 2 screen shoot:
The case when it shows that your opponent scores intentionally own goals.
Statistics of the game showing the big difference of goals.

->Video proofs:
Save the replays.

5. Speed hack

->Screen shoots:
Are not useful in this case.

->Video Proofs:
Save the replays that are suspicious (the case when your opponent’s players teleports from place to place or got a higher speed than the normal way)
Record the whole game.

6. Freezing match and Disconnection on purpose

->Screen shoots:
In case of Disconnection on purpose, there’s need of one print that shows a message your opponent quit the game intentionally.
In case of Freezing match, there’s need of more than 2 prints that shows your opponent does that frequently.

->Video Proofs are not useful in this case.

8. Insulting

->Screen shoots:
In case you have been insulted in chat room, forum or during the game.

->Video Proofs are not useful in this case.

9. Accusing

In case someone is accusing you.
->Screen shoots:

->Video Proofs are not necessary in this case.

10. Threatening to Report

If another user is threatening to report you

Where do I send the report:

There are two ways to do it. You can report someone directly to an admin (Example video ) or by sending an e-mail to pf_admin@powerchallenge.com... (Example video)

If you want to report an admin, you have to contact a Master Assistant or send an e-mail to pf_ma@powerchallenge.com... !

How do u record the whole match

Hello,

I would like to talk with one admin who has the time for listening about the problems in Power Soccer that I have. My problem are my opponents. Not in football sense.

I need just one admin. I don't want to write here in public.
