Imagine having something, whether it be a name or a group, band or whatever that when you plan an event on a certain day, it gathers criticism when your name along with the day of the planned event interferes with a day where something may have happened. That's exactly what happened to a band whose name "Explosions in the Sky" were going to hold a concert on the 10th anniversary of September 11. With a name like that and deciding to hold an event on a day that was traumatizing for many people, how do you expect not to get any controversy? Say if there was a band called "Kamikaze" and they decided to hold a concert on December 7, the anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor, no doubt they would be getting questions thrown at them. It's reasons like this people should think carefully what to call their bands or group names and if they choose those names, they have to live with the consequences and the controversy.
