im a new user and i just wanted to know what formation would be best?

541 and 3-2-2-3 are awesome to have in alternation.

3-5-2 and 4-2-3-1

I also liked 5-3-2... But I found 3223 to be much better

if those formations dont work for u try 4-4-2 diamond before i got CM it worked very well for me but against long ballers it dont work.

It all depends on you mate. The best thing for you to do is to start with the more
basic formations for now till you get the hang of things.

For an Balanced formation try and go with the 4-4-2 or the 4-4-2 diamond

However, if you want attack more, try the 3-4-3 formation. But be aware that your defense
will be more vulnerable to counter attacks.

Also keep in mind that midfield wins the game. Always try to have 4 or more midfielders in your formation.

The best thing is to practice with all of the formations till you are comfortable with it. :)

I find 532 sweeper to be suitable for those who like middle and wing play.

343 and 442 diamond are good formations to get used to the gameplay. Later on you can either stay with those or switch to 3223 or 4231.

If you want to use a different tactic for defending, means switching between tactics during the match, I'd recommend using 541 for learning how to defend. It isn't the best defense tactic out there but good for new people. Later on you can switch to 352, which is a bit harder to play.
