Today our favorite cartoon character, Bugs Bunny celebrates his 71 years Anniversary :)
Bugs Bunny was born in July 27, 1940 in Brooklyn in a warren under Ebbets Field, home of the Brooklyn Dodgers, New York and during his cartoon career he has won lots of cartoon awards for best acting including an Academy Oscar 1958 becoming the first cartoon hare to ever win an Oscar. His career succes was the hard work of special trained cartoon engineers (Ben Hardaway, Tex Avery,Chuck Jones and Bob Clampett) and also the magical voice of Mel Blanc, which added a high value to Bugs personality.
His catch phrase "What's up doc ?" has been inspiration for all the children arround the world and his cartoons with high rate of humour have turned any rainy day into a sunny day. Each time I watch Bugs Bunny's cartoon I feel relaxed and recharged to get back on my projects in life.
Bugs Bunny managed not only to create humour thanks to its cartoons but also to promote a healthy diet based on carrots (vitamin C) and also his image has been used to promote tooth paste products plus a "Visit the dentist" campaign and plenty of charity campaings as well.
I want to wish Bugs Bunny, Happy Birthday with lots of health, carrots and plenty of career progres ahead :)
We love you, Bugs !!!
Here are some of Bugs Bunny's funny moments, enjoy:
