Q: What kind of admins are there?

A:* HMA: Head Master Assistant (s)he is responsible for the MAs and the overall work of xAs (all other admins).
* MA => Master Assistant: (s)he is responsible for the CAs, FAs, LAs or RAs in his zone.
* CA => Chat Admin: (s)he monitors the chat rooms of the game.
* FA => Forum Admin: (s)he monitors the game forums.
* LA => Language Assistant: (s)he translates our site.
* RA => Reporter: (s)he writes the articles in PowerSoccer Extra; you can also read them in our Community Page.

Q: How do I become an admin?

A:Please see This link.
Please, read carefully the requirements for the specific role you want to apply for and complete all the fields of this form.
If you don’t fit the requirements please don’t send us an application because it would not be considered.
Please note that providing false information to the MAs with this form or sending abusive applications might lead to a ban on your PowerSoccer account.

A:Send an email to pf_ma@powerchallenge.com specifying what has happened!
The MAs will be grateful to see your complaint and will investigate fully.

Q: I think my opponent cheated!

A:Never accuse your opponent of cheating in the game chat (including the gamerooms) and in the open forum, it’s not allowed and you might receive a ban. You must speak with an admin or write an email to pf_admin@powerchallenge.com enclosing any evidence you have (screenshots, highlight, youtube videos, private chat). Try to be extensive in the description of what happened.

Q: I have problems with the game!

A:You can try modify the game settings from here. Try to switch between directX and openGL to find the best option for your system.
If you still have problems, try using a different internet browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

If the game still does not start you can try to reinstall the game files following these steps:
first of all, logout from Power Challenge and go to "Control Panel" --> "Programs and Features" (if you have Vista or Seven) or go to "Control Panel" --> "Add or remove programs" (if you have Windows XP).
Now remove/uninstall "Powerchallenge Plugin".
After this operation, log in on Power Challenge using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and under "Community", click "Chatrooms and Cups";
now allow the downloading of Power Challenge Game plugin and try to play.
If the game is too slow try with a lower screen resolution, lower colour depth or lower graphics.

Q: Can my account get suspended?

A:Yes it can be. If you receive 5 or more bans or 2 cheating bans within 6 months or 7 or more bans within one year, your account will be suspended. It can also happen if you have created too many accounts (only two are allowed, the second must be approved by a Chat Admin or Master Assistant) or when an account gets stolen. The same will happen if an account has an abusive name.

Q: Can I delete my account?

A:No, it's impossible. You can send an email to pf_ma@powerchallenge.com... if you want your account to be closed.

Q: Can I recover a suspended account?

A:Yes, you can try to recover a suspended account by sending a petition of mercy to pf_ma@powerchallenge.com (possibly in english). Here you have to explain why your account has been suspended, what you have learned from this experience and for what reason we should give back to you your account. We also need to know the username of every other account you own.
Remember that you will only have one chance to send a petition, so think carefully when to send it. Also remember that the one and only way to send a POM is using our e-mail address pf_ma@powerchallenge.com , the users are absolutely not allowed to contact any MA about their petition. Only the MAs are allowed to contact them in case of need (such as to request further information).

Q: Can I send another petition if the first one has been rejected?

A:No, you can't send another petition, so think carefully before to send your e-mail, if you haven't kept a good behaviour or you have created multiple accounts after the suspension of your first account, wait a bit longer.

Q: What is Power soccer extra?

A:This is an external site related to Power Challenge where our RA (Reporter Assistant) write some interesting articles about the game itself and many other things.
We have three version of this site:
Power Soccer Extra for english articles,
Power Soccer Times for italian articles
and PS al istante for spanish articles.
Feel free to read them whenever you want!

Q: Which kind of e-mail addresses are available here on PowerChallenge?

A:For technical problems send an e-mail to support@powerchallenge.com .
For problems related to tokens or payments, send an e-mail to payments@powerchallenge.com .
To report an abuse from an user, send an e-mail to pf_admin@powerchallenge.com .
To report an admin or to send a petition, to ask for a flag change or a new password or to denounce something, send an e-mail to pf_ma@powerchallenge.com.
Always remember to write your username in the game in every e-mail, to write a good explanation of what is your problem or what you want to report and to attach all the files or the evidences which can be useful for the admins/MAs in order to help you.
