I can't play the game, every time the test runs it detects my firewall and gives me this message:

The game detected that you have an incompatbile network configuration. The game needs to be able to communicate over UDP ports 5000-5010 and 19998-21000, if you have a firewall you must configure it to allow the game to use these UDP ports. The game also requires direct HTTP communication over TCP port 80, and it does not work through an HTTP or SOCKS proxy.

I don;t know how to set that up on my firewall and even if I turn it off the game still detects it.

If you turn of the firewall and still have problems. Then it might be that you are behind a proxy or that your ISP has a firewall that for some reason block these ports.

Are you sure you have turned off your firewall?
Both windows and external (if you have one)

I have both Windows and Mcfee firewalls, today I turned on the PC and tried again, I can connect to the server, play practice but can't play multiplayer. It loads up to 100% but it won't connect and then the time runs out.

I could play practice without having changed anything.
Now I tried again, without changing anything, and it detects my firewall again, even when turned off.
